Terms & Condition

The following terms and conditions are strictly implemented for check-in guests:

  1. Only ‘Guests’ who have registered with us and authorised by resort management are permitted to stay at the aforementioned property. Guests must present a valid national ID card, passport, or other acceptable form of identification in order to check in.
  2. Room booking charges should be paid in advance, balance bills must be paid in full before check-out; checks are not accepted; payment options include cash, QR Code scan, Account transfer or through a valid credit card.
  3. The time allotted for use of the rooms belongs to the guests. Unless otherwise specified, guests are required to check-in by 12:00 noon and check-out by 11:00 am next day, and they are required to exit the room by this time. Any subsequent delays will result in half-day fees.
  4. Guests should take good care of their possessions. When you aren't in the room or when you are sleeping, keep your room doors locked. The Resort shall not, under any circumstances, be held liable for the loss of valuables or the possessions of its guests.
  5. Early check-in/Late check-out privileges are subject to availability with additional charges fixed by the Resort management.
  6. If you have made a 100% advance payment, rooms will be held until 7 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. Without notifying us of your anticipated late arrival, rooms will be released and the reservation cost will not be refunded if you fail to arrive by 7 PM. The management will wait until 2 PM to occupy the room in the event of partial advances. If there is no notification that guests will arrive at the resort before 2 PM, the room will be made available for the next booking without a return of the reservation cost.
  7. Child Policy:
  8. Pets are strictly not allowed inside the resort area
  9. Minors under 18 years, male or female, are not allowed to stay at this hotel without being accompanied by their parents or guardians.
  10. The Resort Management may offer guests who ask to extend their stay a different room to the one in which they were originally accommodated.
  11. Room keys must be deposited at the reception desk whenever guest leaves the premises and at the time of check out. We charge rupees 500.00 for any lost keys.
  12. Smoking is not permited inside the room.On violation, fine of 1000 INR will be charged.
  13. Cancelation Policy
  14. Management Rights: The Resort management reserves the sole right to admit anyone onto the property and to demand that any guest leave their room at any time, without prior warning and without providing any justification. The visitor is required to leave when asked to do so. If this condition is not met, management has the right to lock the visitor's room, remove his or her things, and rent the room to another person. This will only occur if the occupant(s) of the room(s) are disturbing the area or / and in danger from hotel staff or other guests.
  15. Without the permission of the Resort administration, guests are not permitted to move furniture, tamper with electrical systems or other installations in hotel rooms or elsewhere on the resort property. Please inform the front desk of any problems you find during your stay so we can fix them as soon as possible.
  16. The Resort administration can recommend nearby hospitals and supply a first aid kit if necessary, if a guest falls ill or hurt.
  17. Washing of clothes is not allowed in the room, laundry is available in the hotel, ask the reception.
  18. The tide is high and the sea is rather deep in front of the resort. When entering the water, PRECAUTIONS must be taken.
  19. For security reasons, resort management advises all guests against entering the water, and they disclaim all liability for any accidents that may occur as a result.
  20. Walking or playing on the beach is prohibited after 10:00PM.
  21. Resort Management will not allowed any items/activities which are legally prohibited as per Indian constituency
  22. Drugs or any other intoxicate items are not allowed to consume inside the resort.
  23. Consumption of alcohol on the beach / out side resort premises at Guests cost and risk, Resort Management doesn’t hold any responsibility.
  24. Guests are obliged to observe the provisions of these house Rules. In the event that a guest is in breach of these rules, the resort has the right to repudiate the agreement on the provision of accommodation services before the agreed period has elapsed.
  25. Respect to mother nature, Both resort management and Guests are responsible & accountable for maintaining the resort area and beach area clean and user friendly. Please do not throw any waste or useful items in said premises.
  26. Any harm or damage the guest make at the resort will be recovered from the guest.
